Dave (owner) and John are the two most honest mechanics I have ever met. They do a great job, they let you know honestly how critical things are on your vehicle and don’t try and pressure you into fixing things that are not necessarily life and death. They do their best to diagnose the problems and give you a detailed description of what it will take to fix it and what each cost is tied to, whether it be parts or material.

I will never go anywhere else unless of course, they can’t do what I need to be done, then they are great to refer their customers to other great, honest shops in the area.

I’ve been taking my cars here for years, even after I moved further away. I’ve been to multiple mechanics, and nobody has treated me as well or honestly as Dave at Aamco. There have been multiple occasions where I’ve brought a car in for diagnostics, and they’ve referred me to another shop because it’s something they couldn’t fix (I have a Jaguar, so sometimes it needs a dealer-specific part).

They’ve never charged in those circumstances and I’ve always felt that their focus is getting my car fixed at a reasonable price, and not trying to gouge me or convince me that unnecessary work needs to be done.
